Being in customer service since 2009 and starting as a customer service representative in mortgage in 2012, she understands the importance of returning phone calls and emails promptly, which demonstrates her excellent communication skills. While in customer service, she noticed that a lot of originators did not spend as much time and care assisting clients the way she knew she would. She became a loan originator to help as many people as possible with accomplishing their refinance goals, no matter how many obstacles they would need to overcome during the process. During her free time she loves spending time with her family and her 2 year old son, as well as giving back to the community through different charities.
